Description
The County of Brazoria is seeking bids for after-market auto parts, supplies, filters, and miscellaneous items. The bidding process will be conducted online through the County's electronic bidding platform, Bonfire. Bidders can register on the platform to receive email notifications of bidding opportunities, download solicitations, and submit bids electronically. The bid opening will be available via Zoom, and the opening meeting link can be found on the Project Details page in Bonfire under "Important Events".
• The bid package and all necessary information can be obtained at the County's website or by contacting the Purchasing Department.
• Bids will be opened and publicly read in the Purchasing Conference Room.
• The County prefers electronic bid submission, but hard copy bids will also be accepted.
• Bidders must provide their company name, address, telephone, fax, contact name, and email address to receive a bid package.
