Description
Missouri Western State University seeks a professional photographer to capture “Campus Life” during the fall of 2018. The contractor will conduct a 2‑ or 3‑day on‑site photoshoot, edit all images, and deliver high‑resolution and web‑resolution JPEG files on a flash drive. The university requires unlimited, perpetual usage rights and expects all freight to be prepaid (FOB Destination). Bidders must provide a portfolio, three references, itemized travel/accommodation costs, and a completed pricing sheet. The award will be made to the lowest and best compliant sealed bid.
• 2–3 day on‑campus photography session covering student life, facilities, and events.
• Post‑production editing and delivery of digital files (high‑res & web‑res) on physical media.
