The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified vendor to provide monthly preventive maintenance, filter replacement, and on‑call repair services for four HVAC units located at 461 Black Forest Drive, Ozark, AL. The work includes routine inspections, replacement of specified filter sizes, and provision of parts and labor for unexpected breakdowns throughout the contract year. Vendors must be located within a 30‑mile radius of the site and be able to respond promptly to service calls.
• Service four HVAC units (2 in main office, 1 in “bull room”, 1 in shop office).
• Perform monthly maintenance, filter changes (specific sizes listed), and on‑call emergency repairs.
