The Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to provide preventive‑maintenance (PM) services for its county office facilities throughout the state. The work includes quarterly inspections, filter replacements, cleaning of air‑handling components, water‑treatment reporting where applicable, and minor‑repair quotations. Contractors must hold Alabama HVAC, refrigeration, and gas‑fitter licenses, EPA Section 608 certification, and must perform all visits by appointment during standard business hours.
