Description

The Palm Beach County Department of Airports is seeking proposals for an Advertising Concession Agreement at the Palm Beach International Airport. The selected proposer will be responsible for designing, installing, managing, maintaining, and operating an innovative and creative airport advertising program. The initial term of the Concession Agreement will be five years, with the option of one five-year renewal at the County's sole option. Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $3,000,000

Based on the provided information, it can be estimated that the budget for this opportunity will be substantial, given the large number of passengers served by the airport and the potential for generating strong, sustainable revenue through an advertising program. The annual revenue from the current advertising concession agreement has been increasing over the years, with the highest revenue reported in 2025 at $2,536,283.04. Assuming the selected proposer can maintain or increase this revenue, the budget for this opportunity could be in the range of $1 million to $3 million per year, depending on the terms of the Concession Agreement and the performance of the proposer.
