Graduation Items, Yearbooks & Commemorative Items

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Graduation Items, Yearbooks & Commemorative Items on an "as needed" basis. The contract will be for a period of five years, with an annual option for renewal. EPIC6 is looking for reliable, high-performance vendors to supply products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The solicitation is open to a wide range of products, including class rings and jewelry, caps and gowns, yearbooks, diplomas, frames, graduation announcements, letter jackets, and other products related to graduation and commemorative memorabilia. • The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis, with EPIC6 reserving the right to award multiple vendors for each solicitation. • The successful vendor(s) will be required to extend contract pricing and terms to all EPIC6 members, current and future. • EPIC6 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal(s) deemed advantageous to the EPIC6 members. • The vendor will be required to pay an administration fee to EPIC6, based on actual vendor project sales, with a fee schedule of 1.5% for agreements awarded under this solicitation.
