Description

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking a contractor to perform work at the Highway 24 Mill Site as part of a Non-time Critical Removal Action (NTCRA) for contaminated residential surface soils. The contractor will be responsible for removing, storing, and replacing tenants' possessions to enable the removal of surface soils and decrease exposure to contaminated surface soils. Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the expected duration of the project. The project requires the removal, storage, and replacement of tenants' possessions, as well as the attendance of project management meetings and the submission of monthly reports. The estimated budget can range from $200,000 to $500,000, considering the costs of labor, equipment, and storage. The actual budget may vary depending on the complexity of the project, the number of lots that require removal and replacement of possessions, and the costs associated with complying with CDPHE's instructions.
