ChildCareGroup (CCG) is seeking bids from contractors to perform building and playground repairs, and minor construction and/or renovations as directed by the Director of Facilities for ChildCareGroup. The scope of work includes performing various tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary tools and equipment, and to ensure that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, and the contractor will be expected to be available to work on an as-needed basis. Some key responsibilities of the contractor will include: • Performing building and playground repairs and minor construction and/or renovations • Providing all necessary tools and equipment • Ensuring that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner • Being available to work on an as-needed basis • Coordinating with the Director of Facilities to ensure that all work is completed to CCG's satisfaction
