Description
The University of Texas at Tyler is seeking a vendor to provide a computerized ticketing platform for the R. Don Cowan Fine and Performing Arts Center and other campus event spaces. The platform should be cloud-based and integrate all current ticketing technologies and distribution channels. The vendor will provide efficient and quality customer service, knowledge, experience, software, hardware, and personnel to support the ticketing platform. Key features of the platform include venue access control, customer relationship management utilities, and integration with University systems.
• The platform must be PCI compliant and integrate with University's payment processors, including Authorize.net and Global Payments.
• The vendor must provide a plan for updates and continuous improvement of the hardware and software platform.
• The vendor must provide comprehensive training and support for University personnel.
• The vendor must ensure that the platform is accessible and usable by individuals with disabilities.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data security and privacy.
