Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement Services, Los Angeles and Ventura Counties

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking bids for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) replacement services in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. The contractor will provide labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, permits, disposal fees, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and dispose of five existing HVAC units and install five new units and one new Mini Split System. The contractor must have a valid C-20 Warm-Air heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Contractor license and meet other minimum qualifications. * Key services include: * Removal and disposal of existing HVAC units * Installation of new HVAC units and Mini Split System * Provision of all necessary labor, equipment, and materials * Compliance with prevailing wage rates and labor laws * Registration with the Department of Industrial Relations * Possession of a valid United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Clean Air Act Section 608 Technician Certification
