Description
The Navy Supply Corps School (NSCS) seeks a Women‑Owned Small Business to provide instructor‑based training for its Advanced Management Program (AMP). The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price (FFP) IDIQ contract with a five‑year ordering period, under which individual courses (approximately 1‑2 per year in Newport, RI and one each in Mechanicsburg, PA and Philadelphia, PA) will be priced per convene. The contractor must develop curriculum, deliver in‑person instruction, handle all travel, materials, and a welcome reception, and submit a Quality Control Plan. All travel and ancillary costs are embedded in the per‑course unit price. Past performance, senior‑level leadership development experience, and a Master’s degree with ten years of relevant leadership experience are required. The solicitation is set‑aside for WOSB and requires SAM registration.
