The Hawaii Public Utilities Commission (PUC) is seeking a qualified Audio‑Visual (AV) contractor to provide full‑service AV support for approximately two hybrid or in‑person public meetings per year on the island of Kauai. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, indefinite‑quantity agreement for a one‑year term with an optional one‑year extension; pricing must remain constant across both years. The contractor will supply all equipment, labor, technical support, high‑speed internet/Wi‑Fi, setup, breakdown, and transportation at no additional charge. Service blocks are pre‑priced in 4‑hour and 8‑hour increments for recording‑only and hybrid support. The PUC will provide venue details four weeks in advance and expects the contractor to recommend additional suitable locations across Kauai within 30 days of contract award. No minimum or maximum number of meetings is guaranteed, and all work must be completed within the allocated time blocks.
