Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Corrections is soliciting qualifications from firms to provide Architectural and Engineering Professional Services for the renovation of the San Carlos Correctional Facility Dementia Unit. The selected firm will provide an updated professional stamped construction document set for the renovation, which includes widening cell doors, configuring cells for hospital beds, and installing combi units. The firm must have experience in projects of similar scope and complexity, and must demonstrate the ability to complete the project by June 30, 2026.
