Description
The Navajo Nation Division of Human Resources is seeking a Navajo‑owned, Priority 1 certified firm to provide comprehensive custodial services for its Administration building in St. Michael’s, AZ. The contract covers routine weekly cleaning, periodic floor care, window washing, and the provision of all necessary cleaning supplies, with a contract term running from October 1 2026 through September 30 2027. The vendor may subcontract up to 50 % of the work, must meet specific insurance requirements, and must handle a 6 % Navajo sales tax withholding.
• Weekly duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom cleaning.
• Periodic duties include floor waxing/buffing and interior/exterior window washing.
• Contractor must submit five sealed copies (original + four copies) by Sep 18 2026, 5 PM MDT and meet Navajo‑owned business eligibility.
