Records Management System

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking a contractor to provide and support a cloud-based law enforcement Records Management System (RMS) designed for multi-jurisdictional use, real-time data access and sharing, evidence management, and report creation and management. The system should include personnel, hardware, software, training, licensing, implementation, storage, materials, and supplies. The contractor will be required to provide information and affirmations, including certifications, representations, warranties, and other provisions. • The system must be cloud-based and designed for multi-jurisdictional use • The system must provide real-time data access and sharing • The system must include evidence management and report creation and management • The contractor must provide personnel, hardware, software, training, licensing, implementation, storage, materials, and supplies • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Texas Public Information Act and the Texas Government Code
