Description
Wayne State University seeks a full‑service event‑management firm to design, produce, and execute a series of public‑launch events supporting its third comprehensive fundraising campaign. The contract covers strategic planning, creative concept development, communications integration, logistics, budgeting, reporting, and post‑event wrap‑up for a flagship donor kickoff, on‑campus faculty/staff and student activations, and 5–10 regional alumni gatherings. The effort spans two years (July 1 2026 – June 30 2028) with an optional one‑year extension. The university will evaluate proposals on compliance, cost, past performance, and the proposed service plan.
• Develop overall event strategy, creative concepts, and media integration aligned with campaign branding.
• Manage logistics for high‑level donor kickoff (250‑350 guests), on‑campus faculty/staff and student events, and multiple regional alumni events across Michigan, California, Florida, and Chicago.
• Provide full budgeting, financial reporting, and post‑event analysis, while meeting insurance, wage‑rate, and smoke‑free policy requirements.
