Event Production & Management - 4th of July/America 250 Event

The City of Homestead is seeking a contractor to provide Event and Production Management Services for the "Race to the Fourth - America 250 Celebration" event. The contractor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all elements of the event, including talent buying, stage production, site operations, and security. The event is expected to take place on July 4, 2026, at the Miami-Homestead Speedway. The contractor will work closely with the City's Event Director to ensure a successful event. • The contractor will provide a comprehensive Master Production Schedule (MPS) within 30 days of contract award. • The contractor will manage the event budget of $140,000 plus any additional sponsorship revenue. • The contractor will provide a tiered security model, including access control, crowd management, and law enforcement. • The contractor will procure and manage a diverse portfolio of supplemental activations, including a car show, interactive games, and roaming entertainers. • The contractor will curate a diverse selection of food trucks and tents, and manage the back of house for vendors.
