The County of Gwinnett is seeking a cloud‑based Re‑Entry Management System to automate intake, case management, secure communications, reporting, and compliance for its Re‑Entry Intervention Program (GRIP). The vendor must deliver a complete SaaS solution with 24/7 support, training, documentation, and full project‑management services, while meeting strict security, insurance, and legal requirements.
• Cloud‑based SaaS platform (no on‑premise upgrades) that handles intake, case plans, audit trails, and analytics.
• Must integrate with existing systems (Smart Cop JMS, Securus messaging) and support AD/MFA, SOC 2 Type 2, NIST 800‑53, CJIS, HIPAA, and other compliance mandates.
• Includes 24 × 7 support, training (train‑the‑trainer, refresher, sandbox), and a one‑year warranty, plus a detailed implementation plan and disaster‑recovery strategy.
• Requires extensive insurance coverage (minimum $2 M CGL, $1 M cyber, etc.) and E‑Verify/Code‑of‑Ethics attestations.
