Description
The County seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive, county‑wide maintenance services for all of its information‑technology hardware, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, servers, storage arrays, and peripheral devices. The contractor must deliver preventive, corrective and emergency support, guarantee on‑site response within four hours, manage parts inventory, and furnish monthly performance reports. The contract is a one‑year initial term with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and the vendor must have a strong local presence in the Atlanta area, OEM‑level technical staff, and the required insurance coverages.
• Full‑service maintenance (preventive, corrective, emergency) for ~10,000 devices across >100 county locations.
• ≤ 4‑hour on‑site response, 24‑hour hotline, quarterly scanner PM and annual printer PM.
• Requirement for local staffing, OEM certifications, detailed KPI reporting, and extensive insurance (GL $2 M, Professional Liability $1 M, etc.).
• Firm, all‑inclusive pricing with optional renewal percentages; no bid bond required.
• Submission must include original and four copies plus a digital copy, sealed in a container marked with the RFP number.
