Description
The Department of Health is seeking bids for heating and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance services in Pinellas County. The contract is expected to be for three years, with the option for renewal. The successful bidder will be required to provide maintenance services for various Department of Health facilities in Pinellas County.
• The scope of work includes routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements of HVAC systems and equipment.
• The contractor must have a valid State of Florida Commercial Air Conditioning contractor license.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must complete and submit the required forms and attachments, including the Price Page, Prior Experience Form, and Statement of Non-Collusion Form.
