Turnkey University Event Support Services

The purpose of this solicitation is to seek proposals from qualified vendors to provide turnkey event support services, including reserved group tailgating event management services and event staffing services. The selected vendor will deliver a complete management solution for groups of varying sizes within a designated campus area. The contract term is for five years, with an option for five one-year renewals. • The scope of work includes providing turnkey tailgating experiences, event staffing, and premium field-level suites and temporary premium seating options. • The vendor must demonstrate the ability to provide a comprehensive safety plan, catering services, and customer service training. • The vendor must also comply with Virginia Tech's policies and procedures, including those related to background checks, insurance, and licensing.
