On Call Plumbing Services

The Regional Transportation District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on-call plumbing services for four locations in Denver, Colorado. The services will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency services. The contract will be for a period of one year with four optional one-year extensions. The contractor will be required to provide monthly verification and repairs. • The contractor must have a State of Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumbers, Class A license from the City and County of Denver. • The contractor must have experience in performing similar services. • The contractor must provide a detailed technical proposal and a cost proposal. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonds. • The contractor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract.
