Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Edgefield, South Carolina, is soliciting quotes for the provision of quarterly bread. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and the delivery dates will be every Monday, with the exception of holidays. The contractor will be required to provide whole wheat bread, hamburger buns, hot dog buns, and white bread. The contract period will be from January 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and security requirements, including those related to the handling of personally identifiable information (PII).
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes the price per unit for each type of bread.
• The contractor must deliver the bread to the Federal Correctional Institution, Edgefield, South Carolina.
• The contractor must comply with all security requirements, including those related to the handling of PII.
• The contractor must provide a report to the Contracting Officer identifying the type, amount, and level of sensitivity of the DOJ Information processed, stored, or transmitted under the contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contract clauses, including those related to records management and data privacy.
