Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from contractors who can provide Crestron A/V systems support for the VA Auditorium in Las Vegas, NV. The contractor will be responsible for providing all required services, proprietary license updates, system re-alignments, and maintenance support activities for the A/V systems. The contract will have a base year and two option years. The contractor must have experience with Crestron systems and be able to provide remote network access assistance, web-based portals, and laptop hosting software programming and troubleshooting capabilities.
Key requirements include:
* Providing Crestron certifications and supportable brand name service solutions
* Describing remote network access assistance and web-based portal capabilities
* Describing laptop hosting software programming and troubleshooting capabilities using Q-SYS 9.6 or above designer software platform
* Listing other similar projects and contract numbers
* Providing proof of ability to perform services without subcontracting
