Description
The U.S. Embassy in Angola and Sao Tome and Principe is seeking a contractor to provide mobile telephone and data services for a period of one year with four one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide complete mobile telephone and data service, including smartphone mobile communication plans, mobile device data-only plans, pre-paid and postpaid SIM cards, and international roaming. The contractor must ensure that the connection through its network is of the highest quality possible and must be uninterrupted, clear, and with no static. The contract will be awarded based on the initial quotations, without discussions, although the government may have communications with companies if needed.
• The contractor shall provide mobile telephone and data services to the U.S. Embassy in Angola and Sao Tome and Principe.
• The contractor shall ensure that the connection through its network is of the highest quality possible and must be uninterrupted, clear, and with no static.
• The contractor shall provide international roaming services.
• The contractor shall provide pre-paid and postpaid SIM cards.
