Construction Management Enterprise Tool (CoMET)

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking information from potential sources for its Construction Management Enterprise Tool (CoMET). The purpose of CoMET is to acquire a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution for capital program and project management, along with system administration and technical support services. The scope of work includes configuration, integration, and administration of a cloud-based enterprise-wide solution that provides online collaboration between the government and its contractors to manage cradle-to-grave capital project management. The solution should provide management of workflows and documentation, including planning documents, functional requirements documents, project approval documents, requests for information, design documents, and more. The contractor shall provide a solution that meets the technical and operational requirements outlined in the document, including security requirements, data rights, and purchase authorization.
