FACA Verbatim Transcription Services

The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide verbatim transcripts, lists of recommendations, and meeting reports for two congressionally mandated advisory panels: the Medicare Advisory Panel on Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory Tests (CDLT) and the Medicare Advisory Panel on Hospital Outpatient Payment (HOP). The contractor will be responsible for providing these services for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional 3 years. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing verbatim transcripts of meetings • Creating lists of recommendations • Generating meeting reports • Supporting the CDLT and HOP panels The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements of the contract.
