Advertising Concession Agreement at the PBIA

The Palm Beach County Department of Airports is seeking proposals for an Advertising Concession Agreement at the Palm Beach International Airport. The selected proposer will be responsible for designing, installing, managing, maintaining, and operating an innovative and creative airport advertising program. The initial term of the Concession Agreement will be five years, with the option of one five-year renewal at the County's sole option. The proposer will be required to pay a Monthly Percentage Fee during the six-month transition period and the Minimum Annual Guarantee or a Percentage Fee after the transition period. • Key aspects of the proposal include: • Developing and managing the Airport's overall Advertising Concession Program • Negotiating and preparing written contracts with potential advertisers • Reporting to the Department regularly on marketing activities and executed advertising contracts • Monitoring and replacing expired advertising with interim promotional advertising • Cleaning, repairing, and maintaining Advertising Displays and related equipment • Performing all other management duties required to maintain and operate a first-class advertising program
