Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking a contractor to provide and install an audio/visual system in the Commission Conference room in Sykesville, MD. The system should include displays, mounts, presentation and AVoIP systems, control systems, camera systems, audio systems, and conference/voting systems. The contractor should provide all labor, materials, programming, configuration, coordination, and testing required to deliver a complete and fully functional system. The system should support in-person meetings, hybrid meetings, presentations, recording, and livestreaming.
• The system should include 75” and 65” commercial displays, articulating mounts, tilt mounts, and wireless presentation systems.
• The system should include AVoIP core controllers, decoders, and encoders.
• The system should include control processors, touchscreen control panels, and hardware video switchers.
• The system should include PTZ cameras, PTZ ceiling mounts, and PTZ controllers.
• The system should include soundbars, digital signal processors, and conference/voting systems.
• The system should include infrastructure such as AV racks, managed network switches, and monitors.
• The system should include power and electrical requirements such as power supplies, adapters, and injectors.
The contractor should provide a firm fixed price for the equipment and services, and should include all necessary components, licenses, accessories, and interconnects for full operation. The contractor should also provide maintenance and support services, including warranty coverage, technical support, and software updates.
