The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified California‑certified small or micro businesses to provide comprehensive fire‑alarm system inspection, testing, and certification services for its facilities. The work includes quarterly, semi‑annual and annual inspections of an approximately 1,300‑device Simplex fire‑alarm system at the Veterans Home of California in Chula Vista, routine cleaning, incident‑based repairs, and parts replacement with a cost‑plus markup. All work must comply with NFPA 101, NFPA 72, NFPA 25, and relevant California codes, require a C‑10 Electrical Contractor license, and be performed by factory‑trained technicians.
