Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide DELL- SDAT refresh devices, including desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for DELL and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The contract will be awarded to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the State, considering price and evaluation factors. The scope of work includes providing hardware to replace antiquated systems used by a special unit.
• The contractor must provide product specifications, including product name, description, model number, quantity, and due date.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of required services and deliverables for installation services.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of warranty requirements and deliverables for manufacturer's extended warranty.
• The contractor must provide a Mercury Affidavit, if applicable.
• The contractor must provide proof of delivery, including packing slip or delivery confirmation, and equipment serial numbers.
