Description
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking a contractor to provide support, updates, and preventative maintenance services for their Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system. The contractor will be responsible for providing 12 months of support, including telephonic support, on-site support, hardware/software support, defect correctable support, preventative maintenance/inspection support, system/application administration and update support, documentation update support, and operator/admin refresher training. The contractor must have experience with CCTV configurations, specifically Milestone, and must be a Milestone Certified Partner. The contractor must also have personnel capable of acquiring and maintaining the necessary clearances to perform the work of this task order.
