AAGA - FY26/27 Custodial Services

The State of Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide custodial services for various state buildings. The vendor must meet certain mandatory requirements, including providing all specified custodial services using company employees, being registered with the Colorado Secretary of State, and maintaining a physical presence within a 30-mile radius of the State Capitol. The vendor must also demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience providing commercial custodial services for at least ten office buildings within the Denver Metropolitan Area. The contract will require the vendor to provide routine and periodic cleaning services, as well as respond to modified custodial services schedules on an as-needed basis.
