Employee Recognition System

The Florida Department of Revenue is seeking a contractor to provide a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) employee recognition system. The system should be able to accommodate at least 4,500 users and include features such as configurable nomination and approval workflows, standard and configurable reports, and data analytics capabilities. The contractor will be responsible for the fulfillment activities of recognition awards, including supplying, delivering, and tracking all recognition awards. The contract term is anticipated to be five years with optional renewals of up to five years. • The system must be fully vendor-hosted and cloud-based • The system must recognize service milestones for 1-year, at each 5-year increment, and at employee retirement • The system must include configurable nomination and approval workflows • The system must allow for multiple recognition categories • The system must include standard and configurable reports • The system must include data analytics capabilities • The contractor must provide a detailed narrative on how their fulfillment services are provided
