Vending Machine Services - JCCC

The Missouri Department of Corrections is seeking a contractor to provide vending machine services for the Jefferson City Correctional Center. The contract period is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing, installing, and maintaining vending machines, as well as delivering and stocking products. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and department policies. • The contractor must provide a variety of snack and beverage options, including healthy choices. • The contractor must ensure that all vending machines are in good working condition and are regularly maintained. • The contractor must provide a detailed report of sales by vending machine, including machine number, product, and beginning and ending reading of all transaction counters. • The contractor must comply with all security requirements imposed by the facility. • The contractor must provide trained and competent repair personnel who must be available within one working day to make repairs on the vending machines, as needed.
