The Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to provide a one‑time preventive‑maintenance (PM) visit to four county facilities (Wilcox, Conecuh, Butler, Crenshaw) during the FY26 window. The contractor must perform comprehensive inspections, filter replacements, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, and any minor repairs identified, following strict documentation and EPA reporting requirements. Work must be completed between July 1 2026 and September 30 2026, with all repairs finished by the September 30 deadline. Vendors must hold Alabama HVAC, refrigeration, and gas‑fitter licenses, EPA Section 608 certification, and must sign in at each county office before commencing work.
