Description
The opportunity is for a Health, Wellness, and High-Value Tourism Commercial Platform. The contractor will be responsible for designing and executing a commercial event, including stakeholder engagement, event preparation, and partnership follow-up. The contractor must also identify and secure sponsors for the event. The contract will be for a one-year period, and the award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror. Key deliverables include pre-event promotional materials, digital content, and a post-event highlight package. The final report must document business deals initiated, investment leads generated, and U.S. company participation and visibility.
• The contractor must have minimum five years of experience in commercial event design, trade promotion, or investment facilitation.
• The contractor must provide completed assignments or events within the last five years of similar scope and complexity.
• The contractor must identify, solicit, and secure public and private sector sponsors to support the event.
• The contractor must produce pre-event promotional materials, digital content, and a post-event highlight package.
• The contractor must document business deals initiated, investment leads generated, and U.S. company participation and visibility in the final report.
