Enterprise Management & Control (EM&C) System Integrator Requirement

The United States Space Force’s Space Systems Command is conducting market research for a System Integrator (SI) to support the Enterprise Management & Control (EM&C) program. The SI will plan, execute, and validate integrations between the EM&C platform and a suite of external data repositories and mission systems, drive program increment planning, deployment automation, release orchestration, and enterprise‑level test and evaluation, while remaining independent of core software developers to avoid conflicts of interest.
