Description
The City of Atlanta is seeking qualified and experienced Offerors to replace the aging PC Air systems serving Concourses B and E at the airport. The project involves replacing major mechanical equipment, upgrading distribution piping and controls, improving supporting electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life-safety systems, and expanding the infrastructure to support current and future aircraft gate configurations. Construction will occur primarily during overnight hours within the Aircraft Operations Area (AOA) and will require extensive coordination with the Department of Aviation and airline stakeholders to minimize disruptions to airport operations.
• The project requires a comprehensive Statement of Qualifications that clearly demonstrates technical expertise, organizational capacity, relevant experience, and ability to meet all requirements outlined in the solicitation.
• Offerors must submit a preliminary project schedule meeting specific requirements.
