Description
This RFQ calls for a small‑business, total‑set‑aside installation of a Planar DirectLight Pro video wall in the RRCC Watch Room at FEMA’s Denton, TX facility. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order to the lowest technically acceptable bidder. The contractor must provide full installation services—including inspection, mounting, cabling, configuration, testing, documentation, and training—within a maximum 120‑day performance period. All work must comply with Service Contract Labor Standards and FEMA security requirements.
• Scope: Complete removal of existing wall (if any), installation of Planar video wall system, power and data cabling, mounting hardware, system integration, calibration, and user training.
