USAGM Remote Monitoring Services in cloud-based systems and RMS locations around the world.

The U.S Agency of Global Marketing (USAGM) is seeking a contractor to provide remote monitoring services in cloud-based systems and RMS locations around the world. The contractor will be responsible for assisting in software development, conducting server maintenance, system administration, and other administrative duties. They will also provide technical support services, documentation, and obtain cloud services on a reimbursable basis. The contractor will work with the USAGM point of contact to deliver and return USAGM-provided equipment. Some key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Managing updates required to keep RMS operational on existing USAGM-provided hardware • Administering the proprietary RMS data server hosted on the Google Cloud platform • Providing technical support by email to all USAGM Technical Monitoring Offices worldwide • Providing technical support and maintenance for RMS scheduling and reporting database and websites • Optionally, performing evaluation, testing, and research and development to upgrade technologies and software associated with the RMS program
