The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) is seeking qualified plumbing contractors to provide a wide range of preventive maintenance, routine, and emergency services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes drain clearing, CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting, installation and repair of supply lines, and installation of plumbing fixtures. The contractor will be responsible for providing materials, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring the quality control of the contract work. The contractor will also be required to coordinate with OHA to schedule work and ensure the safety of tenants and staff.
