The Alabama Department of Human Resources is seeking qualified HVAC service providers to perform preventive‑maintenance (PM) visits at its county DHR facilities. The work covers three county offices (Choctaw, Clarke, Washington) with detailed equipment lists, and an additional eleven county sites that have water‑based HVAC systems. Contractors must complete one comprehensive PM visit per location between July 1 2026 and September 30 2026, perform a full suite of inspection, cleaning, filter replacement, refrigerant topping‑up, and any needed repairs, and submit detailed inspection forms, photographs, and water‑treatment reports where applicable.
