Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Public Records Request Management System. The system should streamline and manage public records requests, enhance transparency, automate workflows, support file management, and improve communication with requesters. The scope of work includes performing services as described in the attached Exhibit 1, Scope of Work. ODNR will provide the necessary resources to facilitate the work. The contract will be awarded to the Offeror with the Highest Scoring Proposal as defined in the Evaluation Criteria.
