The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to supply Gallium-68 (GA-68) Prostate Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) radiopharmaceutical for the VA San Diego Healthcare System. The contractor will be required to furnish all supplies/services at participating VA medical centers, with shipping term FOB Destination. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. • The contractor must provide a sterile/aseptic, USP 825 compliant, Gallium-68 Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) agent equivalent to ILLUCCIX. • The contractor must meet all Department of Transportation (DoT) requirements for shipment and delivery of radioactive drugs. • The contractor must package, mark, and transfer all radioactive material in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. • The contractor must perform all functions of the contract in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), FDA, NRC, Joint Commission safety guidelines, and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
