SMCDSS Fleet Vehicle Cleaning

The St. Mary's County Department of Social Services is soliciting bids for fleet vehicle detailing services. The contractor will provide interior and exterior cleaning of agency vehicles on weekends at the agency's primary location in Leonardtown, Maryland. Services will include routine detailing of approximately half of the fleet each weekend, with pricing submitted on a per-vehicle basis for passenger vehicles and vans. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, water, cleaning supplies, and materials necessary to perform the services. • The agency's fleet consists of approximately 8 passenger vehicles and 1 passenger van. • The contractor shall provide routine detailing services for approximately 4-5 vehicles each weekend. • Routine detailing services shall include exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, and spot cleaning of minor dirt and spills. • The contractor shall also provide pricing for optional stain and biohazard cleaning services on an as-needed basis.
