Erie County is seeking a qualified concessionaire to operate food, beverage, and limited retail services at the Grover Cleveland Golf Course clubhouse and half‑way house for the 2026‑2029 contract period. The vendor must provide a full‑service menu, manage staffing, obtain all necessary permits and licenses, maintain County‑provided kitchen equipment, and comply with NYS sanitary codes, insurance requirements, and Executive Order 13 equal‑pay certification. The concessionaire will be responsible for daily operations during the primary golf season (April 1‑Oct 31, 7 AM‑3 PM minimum), with optional winter hours subject to approval, and may install up to three vending machines and one ATM after County approval. Proposals must include a rent amount, detailed menus, licensing plans, vending‑machine strategy, and evidence of financial capacity, and must be hand‑delivered by March 16 2026.
