Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to install Dukane PA Intercom Speakers in the Onyx Clinic. The project involves furnishing and installing a new ceiling-mounted public address speaker system and associated equipment. The contractor will be responsible for integrating the new system with the existing Dukane head-end equipment, providing new ceiling-mounted speakers, amplifiers, and supporting materials, and conducting testing and commissioning to verify full system performance. The project requires careful coordination to avoid impacting patient care and must meet national, state, and local codes and standards.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement addressing their qualifications and ability to perform the work.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
• The contractor must provide documentation of technical expertise and experience.
• The contractor must comply with VA regulations and guidelines, including those related to information and information system security.
