WC26 - FIFA WORLD CUP 26 VANCOUVER ™ Workforce Catering Services for FIFA Volunteers & Staff

The City of Vancouver is seeking a provider of workforce catering services to support volunteers and staff working during the FIFA World Cup 2026. The successful proponent will be required to provide planning, preparation, delivery, distribution, and management of meals, snacks, and hydration for the tournament workforce across official Vancouver sites. The contract term is anticipated to be from January 15, 2026, to July 30, 2026. • The City is looking for a catering service that can provide nutritious, safe, culturally inclusive, sustainable, and scalable meal solutions for a diverse workforce. • The successful proponent will need to have experience in delivering large-scale, multi-site catering services. • The proponent will need to provide sample menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, including vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, and allergen-sensitive options. • The proponent will need to describe how menus meet nutritional needs of volunteers and staff working long shifts. • The proponent will need to explain how their menu and services support cultural inclusivity. • The proponent will need to describe their procedures for allergen safety and clear labeling, in alignment with Vancouver Coastal Health standards.
