ERP Individual Consultant Support Services

The County of Kauai is seeking highly qualified individual consultants to support the enterprise-wide implementation of a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The selected consultant will be required to provide services including day-to-day project coordination and governance, system configuration, workflow design, documentation, and training. The consultant must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in ERP implementation in public sector or large enterprise environments and demonstrate expertise in configuration, workflow design, documentation, and training within ERP systems. • The consultant will work with the County ERP Manager to coordinate project activities and provide implementation support. • The consultant will be required to configure system modules aligned with departmental business processes and develop process documentation and system configuration guides. • The consultant will provide training to end users and departmental staff and facilitate cross-departmental coordination during planning and rollout phases. • The consultant will be required to work independently while integrating into the County project governance structure. The consultant must be located on the island of Kauai for the duration of the project, which is estimated to be a minimum of one to three years.
